To confirm your reservation we ask that you forward a 30% deposit by cash, check, PAYPAL or bank transfer within 14 days of booking. Failure to make the deposit on time will require us to cancel the reservation. Your booking becomes a confirmed reservation upon receipt of the deposit. Final and complete payment must reach us no later then 30days prior to rental. Final payment can be made by check, money order, PAYPAL or bank wire transfer. Upon receipt of final payment we will send you confirmation of the fully paid reservation, together with all necessary information about your rental.

Minimum stay is 5 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of the week. Rates include full villa staff, that work 7 days a week, 8 hours per day, (cook, housekeeper, and gardener), 1 R/T transportation in air conditioned bus for up to 8 guests from Montego Bay airport and all taxes. (Complimentary transportation is for stays of 7 nights or longer only). Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Current rates of exchange apply.
If you must cancel, all payments are refundable, providing we receive notice of the cancellation at least 60 days before the rental date. If you cancel less than 60 days before the rental date no refund can be provided unless villa is re-booked and rented to another guest at the same price. All cancellations
and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as
date changes or changes in the number of persons in your
group) must be made in writing, and faxed, e-mailed,
or mailed to us promptly.
Please note: Quadrille is not available for weddings or large functions. Unregistered guests are welcome, but NOT permitted to spend the night. Please do not expect your staff to cook extra meals for unregistered guests or babysit children unless prior arrangements for these services have been made with the villa owner. Failure to observe these guidelines may
result in removal from the property. The villa is a SMOKE FREE environment. Smoking is permmitted outside ONLY.

Quadrille Villa Rental Terms & Conditions
THIS IS A VILLA RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW. PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT, AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THE PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY BEFORE PAYMENT OR OCCUPYING THE VILLA.
REPAIRS AND SERVICE CALLS. We cannot guarantee against breakdown of air conditioning or other appliances. Please report any non-operative equipment to our staff promptly. We will make every effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you do not report the problem, we can't fix it.
MANDATORY EVACUATION. If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that requires evacuation, you are to comply with that order and vacate the property.
LOSS OF POWER. We are sorry should such an event occur that this causes an inconvenience. This is an island in a third world country, thus the probability is greatly increased. We cannot be held responsible for such outages and no refunds will be given for such outages unless it is a direct result of property owner neglect. It can take several days to remedy this kind of problem, depending on availability of service people.
LOST AND FOUND: Quadrille Villa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including cash. There are lock boxes and/or safes available in your rooms. Silver Sands has a private security force and the villa is equipped with a closed circuit television and for additional security our cameras see in the dark. The Villa also has an alarm system that you can set for additional safety should you feel the need. Any personal property Quadrille Villa discovers after Guest’s tenancy will be held by Quadrille for 30 days from the date the item was found. If Guest does not claim his or her lost personal property items within the 30-day period, the Villa will donate or dispose of the personal property items. Guest will be responsible for paying any and all shipping and handling charges necessary to return Guest’s items of personal property.
USE OF POOL. DO NOT use this amenity without adult supervision. Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on the premises. Children under 16 MUST be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians. The Villa Staff ARE NOT qualified nor permitted to perform this service. No diving, no alcohol, no swimming alone, no running, pushing or horseplay.
UNSUPERVISED MINORS. The villa consists of two floors and multiple steps and landings both inside and out. We gladly rent to families but must ask that you take extra precautions with younger children. Please remember to supervise them at all times as neither the Villa, Management nor Staff is responsible for unsafe, unsupervised behavior.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGES: The tenant shall indemnify and hold Property Owner and Property Manager free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage or expenses arising by reason of any injury, death or property damage sustained by any person including Tenant(s) or guest of the tenant, where such injury, death or property damage is caused by negligent or an intentional act of the tenant or any guest of the tenant. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will lie and remain exclusively in Jamaica.
